The K.M.J. Rai Educational Trust, based in Thane, is dedicated to promoting holistic education, health awareness, and the timeless wisdom of Yoga and natural living. The Trust works with the vision of creating a healthier, more knowledgeable, and culturally enriched society through value-based education and public awareness programs.

The Trust is led by Yoga Guru Krishnamurari Jairam Rai, who holds qualifications in MBA, B.Sc., DME, and PGDYN. With expertise in Engineering, Yoga, and Naturopathy, he is committed to spreading knowledge that integrates modern education with traditional Indian wellness systems.

Under the guidance of the Trust, the Krishnamurari Rai Institute of Yoga and Naturopathy has been established to educate and train individuals in Yogic practices, naturopathy, and natural health methods. The institute aims to promote preventive healthcare, self-discipline, and balanced living through Yoga and nature-based healing.

To reach a wider audience, the Trust also conducts educational programs through digital platforms, including YouTube. These programs cover a broad range of topics such as:

PROPERTIES OF THE TRUST:
The properties of the trust shall consist of the moveable and immoveable properties mentioned in schedule 'A' and 'B' hereto attached to these presents and such other properties which may belong to the Krishna Murari Jairam Rai Education Trust (hereinafter referred to as the 'said trust'). All these properties and new accretions there to any other properties movable or immovable such as hereinafter come to or belong to the said trust

OBJECT OF THE TRUST:
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing objects and/or purposes but subject to as aforesaid, it is declared that the trustees shall each year apply the residue of the income or part thereof and may at their discretion at any time and from time of time also apply the trust funds or more of the following objects and / or purposes to the exclusion of other or others of them in such proportion and manuer in all respect as the trustees may in their absolute discretion hink fit and proper. To establish all activities in all over India

To impart education in Arts, science, Technical, Vocational, Industry, Religion, Commerce, Agriculture, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Public Health, Social Work, Computer Science, Technology, teaching hand- craft Art, Drawing Classes, education in agriculture and horticulture, poultry and dairy and /or any other subject or subjects as the Trustees may decide in their absolute discretion.

To start, conduct and maintain kinder gartens and/or other like classes, Pre-primary, primary and High Schools, Colleges, Libraries, reading rooms, either alone or in co-operation with other institutions at such places as the board of Trustees deems fit.

To start, conduct and maintain curricular or extra curricular study and research work or institutions etc. either alone or in co-operation with other institutions or bodies as the Board or Trustees may decide in absolute discretion.
